A Staycation At Royal Tulip Achrafieh

There’s nothing like a small getaway to provide you with a quick recharge and leave you refreshed and ready to face the stressful daily work schedule again. What’s better is being able to do that without having to travel or even leave your city. A vacation at home!

Leaving the daily routine behind we walked into Royal Tulip in Achrafieh and checked into our Executive Suite overlooking Beirut.
Situated in the heart of Achrafieh, this newly opened five star hotel is perfect for business travelers and vacationers alike.

Beautifully styled, spacious and impressive, we immediately fell in love with our suite. The room was divided into a large bedroom area with elegant seating overlooking Beirut, a walk-in closet and than a wide bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

We also had access to the gym right across the hall from our room, perfect to keep up with our fitness routine.

After getting settled we had plans to go tour the city, we had no idea this decision would become so hard after checking our room. It was so welcoming we really did not want to leave.
After spending our night around Beirut, we retreated back to a much needed rest and a mushy bed.

Our favorite part of traveling or staying in a hotel has got to be breakfast in the morning. Royal Tulip did not disappoint, a buffet with all kinds of options from cakes, pastries, cereals, croissants, jams and honey, eggs (boiled or scrambled), bread varieties, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses and charcuterie. Freshly brewed coffee is also available with a variety of juices.

It was impossible to get ourselves to pack and head home after an exceptional weekend at Royal Tulip. A staycation is definitely a good idea every now and than. No need to travel far to have an enjoyable, relaxing weekend.
