eet the man behind Meats & Bread. If you happen to be new to the food scene or have better things to do than keep up with daily restaurant news (Seriously?!), Chef Riad is behind the legendary burger at Ferdinand’s and now the much talked about Meats & Bread Hardcore BBQ in Gemmayze.
You’ll find on the menu; smoked wings, brisket, pulled pork, sausage roll, baby back ribs, salads, steaks and more. The interior is casual and unpretentious, but you could definitely bring a date here on Saturday night (and chances are they’ll be very much impressed). This is one of the coolest places in Beirut where you can eat in your sweats any day of the week.
We’re surprised it took this long for someone to step up and shock us with the best wings we’ve ever had. Ladies and Gents meet the flapping wings, officially our #1 wings in Lebanon.

Moist, tender and flavorful served in a pretzel bun with fries on the side. You want some.
This is not just any burger, this is the WTF burger people. Served in a sesame bun the black angus beef patty comes with fried onions, melted cheddar and manchego cheese with truffle. Another reason to give Meats & Bread a visit.
